ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CAN NOT BE CHANGED/CANCELED.
INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL SALE. SHIPPING DELAYS OR LATE DELIVERIES ARE NOT CAUSE FOR A REFUND OR RETURN.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Size didn’t work out? Not loving the style you ordered? No worries babe 🤍

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.

That said—as a small, independent business operating in limited quantities, we are unable to offer refunds back to the original form of payment.

Instead, all eligible returns are issued as store credit only—no exceptions. This allows us to continue bringing in thoughtfully curated pieces and operate sustainably.

Full-priced items and items purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit only. All Noralee and Emerson Fry items are store credit or exchange only—no refunds.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return
  • Returns must be delivered back within 14 days of original delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear

Returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Jewelry
  • Vintage Items
  • Accessories (hats and bags)
  • Seasonal / holiday items
  • Sale or discounted items

RETURN PROCESS

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.

To request a return, please email: HELLO@NOUVEAUANDVINTAGE.COM with:

  1. Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Brief description of the return

We will respond within 48 hours with next steps.


ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • All approved returns are issued as store credit only
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Returns may be subject to a $9.99 restocking fee
  • Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing once received

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Once your order has been shipped, Nouveau & Vintage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order in transit.
