ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CAN NOT BE CANCELED.

RETURNS

We will accept the return of FULL PRICED ITEMS unworn and undamaged with the tags and original packaging for exchange or refund.Full price items purchased using a discount code, are FINAL SALE.

You must email us within 7 days of your delivery date anytime after no returns will be accepted. Customized products, Sale items and Gift Card Purchases are not eligible for return. ALL JEWELRY AND HATS ARE FINAL SALE. 

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. Full price items (i.e. items not on sale or purchased using a promo code) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 15th.] Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 60 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 60 days after the original order date.

All items to be returned require a Return Authorization number. To request an RA email marisa@cameonouveau.com with your 1. name, 2. telephone number, 3. style name or number, 4. brief description of the issue and. We will respond with an RA number and instructions on how to proceed.

Once your return is processed, a refund (minus shipping cost) will be issued for the merchandise and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.

SHIPPING

Items are normally shipped via USPS or UPS within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days. At this time, we offer express or expedited shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please email us if you would like to overnight your order.

International shipping

Please note that duties and taxes are not included in any of our prices. Your package may obtain additional duties and taxes fees issued by customs in your country as your package is in transit to you and these are out of our control. The customer is responsible for paying all additional fees required by customs. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs.
