Size didn't work out? Not loving the style you ordered? No worries babe!
Please note: all jewelry, seasonal items/holiday decor and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned.
Full priced items and items purchased using a discount code are only eligible for exchange or store credit. No exceptions.
You must contact us regarding your return within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back to us by the 15th.] We cannot accept returns made more than 60 days after the original order date. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All Returns require a Return Authorization number. To request an RA email HELLO@NOUVEAUANDVINTAGE.COM with your
1. Name, 2. Order Number 3. brief description of the issue and. We will respond with an RA number and instructions on how to proceed within 48 hours.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. Clothing must be unworn, in new condition and have original tags attached. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
